Embodied Presence

A place for what didn’t have space—until now

You’ve been holding it together for a long time.
High-functioning. Exhausted. Still pushing through.

Maybe you feel anxious, shut down, or like you’re always bracing for something.
Maybe no one sees how much effort it takes to seem “fine.”

I offer acupuncture and body-based care for people who’ve had to stay strong.
We slow down. We listen to what your body’s been holding.

Not to fix you—but to help your system finally feel safe enough to let go.

Over time, people feel less reactive. Less numb.
They stop abandoning themselves just to function.

What was out of reach starts to register.
What was disowned starts to belong.

That’s the shift.

You’ve held it together for a long time.

Maybe you’re burnt out. Numb. Tender under the surface. Or just tired of doing it all on your own.

This work is for people who’ve outgrown pushing—but still want change.
Not the kind you force, but the kind that comes when you finally stop trying to be anything other than who you are.

It’s quiet, precise, and rooted in presence.

We work with the body, not against it.
Through acupuncture, somatic awareness, and relational care, we create the conditions for your system to soften—so something new can begin to move.
Not because we make it happen, but because we’ve made space for it.

Not therapy. Not coaching.
Just the space your body’s been waiting for.

My Approach

Most acupuncture sessions focus on symptoms. This work goes deeper.

I practice somatic acupuncture—an approach that combines traditional Chinese medicine with deep presence and nervous system attunement. Sessions are slower, more relational, and grounded in what’s actually showing up in your body—not just what’s “wrong.”

We don’t rush to treat. We listen.
We follow what your system is already trying to do—and support it.

That might mean fewer needles, more space to feel, and the use of spirit-level points to support emotional and energetic coherence—not just physical relief.

There’s no formula. No fixing.
Just the conditions for something long-held to begin to soften—in its own time, in its own way.

Feel more. Connect more. At the pace your system can actually trust.

Rainbow Body Medicine offers integrative, body-based care to support deep healing across physical, emotional and energetic systems.

I work with people navigating challenges such as:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm and irritability

  • Grief, heartbreak and big life transitions

  • Chronic stress, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation

  • Insomnia, fatigue and survival-mode living

When we stay with what’s truly here, the system begins to shift—gently, in its own time.

Somatic acupuncture brings awareness into the body—not to fix or force, but to listen.
To follow what’s ready to move.
To support what’s still holding on.

It’s subtle work. But not small.

This is where the unraveling begins.
This is where something deeper starts to return.

What Clients Say

“I was pretty nervous to meet you for the first time, and was so happy to find that you were a genuinely kind and caring person. I know that sounds simple, but it’s rare, especially as a fat, sick person trying to access care. It has meant a lot to me to be cared for by someone who I trust, who is so warm, encouraging and nonjudgemental. I’m really grateful for your presence in my life. It’s helped me to heal and feel more like myself.”

“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.”
